We've all heard gossip. Most of us have probably shared some too. Sometimes we even disguise it as concern or a prayer request.

But gossip isn't harmless conversation. It damages reputations, destroys trust, separates friends, and even changes something inside the person sharing it.

So how do we know when we've crossed the line from sharing information into gossip? And what should we do when someone starts gossiping to us?
